The Escada House is located in Morro da Babilonia, in Leme, behind David's bar. The challenge of its design was to continue an existing public path without obstructing the view of the neighbors who live behind it. It consists of three floors of autonomous housing units with independent access via the proposed staircase. The terrace acts as a public viewpoint. Its structure is entirely made of reinforced concrete and the enclosures are made of masonry and tempered glass.
